This permanent role involves supporting a senior conveyancing lawyer, contributing to a dynamic workload that spans administrative and legal tasks in Residential Conveyancing. Duties of the Legal Secretary:
Actively support the senior conveyancing lawyer in managing matters from initiation to completion.Play a vital role in liaising with clients, estate agents, and stakeholders during property transactions.Maintain current and updated matter files.Interpret and draft legal correspondences and forms relevant to transactions.Oversee the completion of all administrative tasks associated with the role.Criteria of the Legal Seretary:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate effectively.Conveyancing experience is desirable.Hours of Work: Full-time position, Monday to Friday. Consideration for part-time hours may be given to the right candidate.
