working in a legal or professional environment as a legal secretary. If you have been a legal secretary within public law, Billing, Government or Environment and Planning that would be very advantageous.

ROLE PROFILE:
Carefully manage client relationships and deal with client queries Taking and making client related calls Liaise with other departments and check returned documents before passing to relevant lawyer Manage the production of documents Responsible for files being opened and closed Ensuring compliance procedures are adhered to throughout, manage key dates and the production of correspondence Assist with organising internal and external events and seminars Various administrative duties including but not limited to minute taking, inbox monitoring, photocopying etc. Key point of contact between internal departments and clients Update and maintain the CRM system, liaising with business development managers to ensure client details are up to date Lots of ad hoc tasks PERSON PROFILE:
You must have been a legal secretary Worked at partner level as a legal secretary Excellent communicator both written and verbal Ability to maintain and build client relationships through excellent customer service at all times Previous experience within a legal secretarial and administrative capacity Confidential and discreet Inquisitive and driven to see a problem through to the end Must be able to take responsibility for own work ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
