Our client is looking for a experienced Practice Manager who is strategically and commercially minded to become an integral part of their planned expansion.

The role would suit an experienced manager with great ambition, excellent time management and organisational skills as well as drive to push the firm's plans.

Responsibilities will include:

Analysing business performance, identifying business opportunities and driving commercial performanceMaking recommendations on long-term business strategyStreamlining internal processes and procedures to maximise the commerciality of the businessEnsuring the firm's compliance with all regulatory and legal obligationsConfident and enthusiastic - prepared to put forward ideas and give constructive adviceTaking ownership of the firm's facilities, equipment and premisesAble to generate and implement key performance indicators and ideasDevelop and implement HR policies and proceduresOverseeing Employee Relations, performance management and professional development Skills needed include:

- Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail- IT literate - Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook / Case Management.- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate ideas, risks, and strategies both orally and in written form
