About the Team

This opportunity is in our fast growing Commercial Law team. We are looking for legal-focused professionals who have experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts in a legal and/or corporate environment.

About the Role

You will work within the Legal Operations business, an operational delivery team made up of paralegals and legal professionals working for a wide range of clients from sectors such as Luxury brands, Banks, Manufacturing and more.

Skills and Experience:

Legally qualified, in any recognised Common Law or European jurisdiction (Preferred)Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts preferably at an in-house legal department or leading law firmExperience in project management and/or management consulting role. Knows the tools (eg. change management, planning, risk management, strong communication), when to use them, when not to use them, and when it's time to create new onesProven strength in positions of leadership with the ability to mobilise and lead teamsAbility to promote new ideas and services by applying knowledge of the industry/sector and societal trends to create value for clients and broader stakeholdersExperience in senior stakeholder management

The planning and execution of large scale, complex, and strategically significant client programmesUnderstanding our strategy to design and plan initiatives and to shape deliveryMobilisation and leading cross-functional teams across our client programmesDriving and maintaining senior leadership and client engagement.Driving standardisation and best in class quality through the use of our accredited framework and methodologiesIdentifying opportunities for efficiencies and taking action to implement themSharing relevant thought leadership and business insights with colleagues to enhance knowledgeHelp to position our services and capability across the PwC network, building and holding relationships with PartnersPersonally maintain strong professional relationships with key client stakeholders
