In house Legal Counsel - Corporate

This Global travel and Leisure company has a household name and is one of the most successful businesses in the area in which it operates

They are now looking for a legal counsel to join the team in the UK based in their South West London office. The role will focus on supporting on a variety of UK and International corporate and regulatory matters, assisting with corporate transactions and associated documentation

The role will include preparing and closing various corporate transactions, tracking compliance with Companies House, maintaining corporate records, etc. The role will require collaborating closely with in-house counsel as well as other business colleagues.

The ideal candidate will need to be qualified solicitor in England and Wales, or an EU qualified lawyer with at least 2/3 years PQE. You will need to have experience in a corporate in-house environment, or within a large law firm.

This role has a hybrid working model based out of their South West London office and offers a comprehensive benefits package working with an industry leading entity.
