Duties as follows:
To assist the Finance Director with all administration relating to accounts including supplier invoice processing and payment processingTo process office and client account receiptsDaily review of bank statementsInterest calculationsWrite–offsPetty cash calculationsBank reconciliationsTo accurately process credit notesTo accurately process daily search fee invoices and credit card paymentsTo process client and office account transactions using BACS/CHAPSTo manage direct debits to the nominal ledger as requiredOther accounts administration as required to effectively support the Finance Director My client is looking for a Legal Cashier with sound working knowledge of carrying out the above duties within the legal sector and a good understanding of SAR.
Meticulous attention to detail is paramount, as are confident communication skills and a good work ethic.
A positive attitude, together with the ability to work accurately and effectively within strict timeframes is essential.
