An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Legal Cashier to join this well-established law firm based in offices in the heart of Surrey.

Duties as follows:

To assist the Finance Director with all administration relating to accounts including supplier invoice processing and payment processing To process office and client account receipts Daily review of bank statements Interest calculations Write-offs Petty cash calculations Bank reconciliations To accurately process credit notes To accurately process daily search fee invoices and credit card payments To process client and office account transactions using BACS/CHAPS To manage direct debits to the nominal ledger as required Other accounts administration as required to effectively support the Finance Director My client is looking for a Legal Cashier with sound working knowledge of carrying out the above duties within the legal sector and a good understanding of SAR.

Meticulous attention to detail is paramount, as are confident communication skills and a good work ethic.

A positive attitude, together with the ability to work accurately and effectively within strict timeframes is essential.
