The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting their attorneys and paralegals in their daily responsibilities. Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintaining and updating client filesAssisting with the preparation of legal documents and correspondenceOrganising and keeping an effective client management systemScheduling and coordinating appointments and meetingsCreating various statistical reports/data for internal and external meetingsProviding administrative support to lawyers and other staff members as needed Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience (preferably in a legal setting)Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)A strong attention to detail and accuracy in workAbility to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Located in beautiful corporate offices in the heart of Tunbridge Wells this is an office-based position, Monday-Friday, core hours 9am-5.15pm.
