The Role:
As a Legal Administrator, you'll provide essential administrative support to legal professionals, managing diverse tasks.
Duties:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls to clients, third parties, and internal membersManage diaries using Microsoft OutlookCreate, edit, and format various documentsOpen and close client matters, ensuring accuracyScan and save documents to the correct client matterPerform reception and hospitality duties as neededHold key responsibilities for office opening and closingUndertake First Aider responsibilities (training provided)
Requirements:
Previously worked as a Legal Administrator or in a similar role.18-24 months of experience within a law firmComfortable working independentlyWillingness to learn and exceed expectations.
