We are currently recruiting for an experienced Learning Technologies Lead to join the Talent & Development team on a 12-month fixed term contract (maternity cover).

The role is being offered on a remote basis contract with occasional travel for quarterly team meetings. As long as you're willing to travel when needed - your base location is flexible.

As the Learning Technologies Lead, you will take the lead on all things learning technology; supporting our open learning offer for colleagues. Maintain and manage the learning experience platform and responding to colleague queries, drive campaigns that increase colleague engagement, support reporting activity to highlight success/areas of improvement, as well as help drive compliance across GB. You will also be working closely with the team and suppliers to support the delivery of the Talent & Development agenda.

We will also be preparing to migrate to a new platform for Summer 2025 and you will be instrumental in help us plan and prepare for this. It's a role that will offer huge variety.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, migration preparation, communication and education for GB to move from the LXP to the chosen Sysco LMS.In conjunction with Global Talent Management Team:Planning & colleague experience mapping to maintain user experience for GB colleaguesMigration preparation of content from existing platform to new platformPlanning of leader and colleague communicationsSupport with Change Management planningResponsibility for the ongoing management of the LXP (available to multiple Sysco Companies across Europe).Supporting and advising all colleagues on system functionality.Raising tickets with platform provider/Sysco Technology team where issues arise.Managing colleague queries re access/experience challenges.Maintain audiences for reporting purposes.Content curation and/or upload support for team and SME's.Maintaining up to date knowledge on platform functionality, content releases and changes/flagging where input of colleague engagement is required.Account Manager Relationship, Roadmap, Feature Releases.Manage, maintain and run campaigns to drive engagement and usage in the GB learning offer.Work with the team to manage regular communications campaign to drive colleague engagement in Talent & Development open learning offer.Support with scheduling/cancelling of open learning offer events.Management of attendance, non-attendance, and evaluation data for all GB learning.Monthly formal reporting of activity/uptake of open learning offer.Ongoing informal reporting of registrations for planning purposes at Talent & Development Team level.Responsibility for the reporting of Sysco Global Compliance Requirements for user base.Manage the regular reporting and cascade of Sysco compliance completion to HR partners across Sysco GB (as required).Manage queries regarding assignments and exemptions and escalating when required to Sysco Technology/External partner.End to end PO/invoice processing and general relationship management with all talent and learning suppliers.Raising PO's for good and services in relation to talent and development.Managing supplier queries.Matching and processing invoices for payment.Overall tracking of budget spend.Support with design across the team and determine best in class methods of design/content for digital learning.Act as advisor with the team and SME's re the best approach to methods of delivery in a range of subject areas.Act as advisor with the team and SME's re the best approach to set up within the learning platform, prioritising user experience at all times.On occasion, support the design of digital learning - Infographics, E-learning, Video Content, Articles.Support the talent and development team in the delivery of the HR/People plan.Squad membership to support and drive key deliverables within the plan e.g. Core Skills, Induction.About you:

You will be joining an L&D team in a large and global organization, you will have a deep understanding of the learning and development cycle from needs analysis to evaluation, and experience with Learning Management Systems and/or Learning Experience Platforms, (LMS/LXP). We are especially interested in someone who has experienced platform migration as we prepare for a future migration. An L&D qualification is desirable but not essential.
