The SEN Department at Raynes Park High School are seeking to appoint full‐time and part-time Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) in order to cater for the current level of students with a Special Educational Need and Disability (SEND).
The department supports students in a mainstream environment with an Education, Health Care plan (EHCP) and coordinates support and interventions for students who are SEN Support. The role requires the successful applicant to be a named Key Worker (KW) for identified students and provide support both inside and outside of the classroom. You will be part of a department where colleagues work collaboratively to share good practice, develop resources and celebrate the potential and success of each student.
The ideal candidate would also be committed to continued professional development through the many opportunities offered by the school.
