JGA are partnered with well-known hotel group London are now seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join their team.
The company are looking for someone who has previous experience working within a hotel or high end hospitality environment who has at least 5 years experience of Learning and Development for site-based and HO roles.
Main Duties:
Develop and implement programmes and projects to support the delivery of the 2024 strategic plan and programmes. Working closely with the Head of People and Development. Manage colleagues, the development programmes and training managers. Oversee the effectiveness of training programmes and make changes when necessary. Support managers who are developing their team. Requirements:
Must come from a hotel/high quality hospitality background. Must have at least 5 years experience working within L&D. Previous management experience. Must have a passion for designing and delivering training. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Sounds like you? APPLY NOW!
