Job Title: Learning and Development Manager
Salary: up to GBP45K + 10% bonus

A family run business with Surrey are now seeking to recruit a Learning & Development Manager to join their team!
Within the role you'll be responsible for collaborating on, devising, and conducting training and learning initiatives to bolster the retention and development of colleagues.
Other duties involve:
Guarantee the involvement of each employee in a structured induction process. Support managers and the HR team with projects. Devise and implement a training plans. Ensure training sessions include: health & safety compliance, duty management, software induction, customer service, personal presentation, revenue optimization and management development courses. Requirements:
Previous hotel experience is essential. Proficient in public speaking and conducting training sessions for Heads of Departments (HODs). Familiarity with Forbes, LHW, or AA hotel operational standards. Apply today!
