Lead Software Engineer Outside IR35 London Hybrid Immediate Start

Role Overview: You will be responsible for rapidly iterating on prototype ideas to bring them to our customers as quickly as possible. You will provide engineering leadership for the squad and work collaboratively with Data Scientists (DS) and Frontend Engineers to get Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) running efficiently. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Activities:

Prototype Development: Write prototype Python code to bring experimental concepts to life.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Data Scientists and Frontend Engineers to expedite the development of MVPs.Engineering Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to engineers in the squad, sharing best practices for rapid engineering.Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.Proven experience as a Software Engineer, particularly in rapid prototyping.Strong proficiency in Python and a track record of developing quick prototypes.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists and Frontend Engineers.Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovative engineering.Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
