Lead Scientists are required by a highly ambitious science and engineering business as they enjoy a period of expansion due to a series of massive new projects. These are newly created role, leading teams of highly skilled Scientists; working with world leading technology based around pulsed power and hydrodynamics.

Lead Scientist responsibilities:

Lead, manage and grow a team of 12 Scientists, working on highly complex multi-physics problemsWorking with other leaders on strategy as the company continues to grow and develop its proprietary technologyDeveloping new concepts and utilising machine learning for optimisation Lead Scientist key requirements:

Proven extensive leadership experience in a highly technical environment (Multi-Physics, Aerospace, F1, Scientific R&D etc.)Proven ability to come up with novel concepts and successful delivery of solutions to highly complex problemsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills This is a permanent role, based on site in Oxford, working flexible hours, offering an excellent salary as well as a very good pension plan, share options scheme and company electric car scheme.
