Lead Internal Verifier for Mechanical Engineering

We are working with an education provider in the Birmingham area who are looking for a permanent Lead Internal Verifier for Mechanical Engineering to join their engineering training team on a full-time or part-time basis.

The education provider are needing someone with experience of IQA work within engineering education to look after their BTEC, HNC and Foundation Workshop courses. The role can be done full-time for someone who is seeking to do the verification across both the BTEC/HNC and Foundation Workshop courses, but also as a 0.6 (3 days per week) position for someone who just wants to do one or the other.

The education provider are offering a starting salary of up to a maximum of GBP40,000 per annum (FTE) for this position, which would also include a contributory pension, a health plan (including dental and optical contributions), and 34 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays).

To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:

-Good knowledge/experience of Mechanical Engineering

-A verifier award

-Experience of IQA work
