As a Lead Insight Analyst in a leading health/pharma company you will be heading up a high-performing team delivering key analytics projects and programmes on a global scale.
This is a fantastic opportunity to help drive optimisation and growth by delivering customer-based insights and strategies whilst working in the company's fast-paced environment using advanced techniques.
THE ROLE
As a Lead Insight Analyst, you will be excited to solve problems involving big data, numerical interpretation, consultation of marketing leads, and translation of insights into real solutions based on the company's objectives.
As a Lead Insight Analyst you can expect to be involved in the following:
Driving strategic data & analytics decisions across the business Building relationships with stakeholders and team members across the businessAnalysing data with SQL, as well as visualisation with Tableau/LookerUnderstanding and leading teams who will report on the drivers of business performanceAdvocating test and learnFacilitation of hypotheses and assumptions, quantifying and challenging throughout YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Lead Insight Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
Experience working within a customer-centric data environmentExperience with SQL & visualisation tools such as Power BI/Tableau/LookerHigh attention to detail with confidence in dealing with ambiguityGood problem-solving skills whilst being proactive, approachable and flexibleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSuccess in owning projects within customer insights, CRM analytics, channel analysis, pricing, attribution, loyalty etc.Proven ability to lead a thriving team whilst determining large scale strategic decisions, with the delivery to stakeholders across the business THE BENEFITS
The successful Lead Insight Analyst will receive a salary of up to GBP72,000 + 12.5% bonus. In addition to this, they shall receive an extensive benefits package.
