Job Title: Lead Generator

Location: Birmingham

Pay Rate: GBP11 - GBP13 per hour

Hours of Work: Monday Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm (approx)

Start Date: January 2024

We are hiring for a Lead Generator that has experience of making outbound B2B calls. Working on various campaigns, you will be joining a team to make outbound calls to businesses, generate leads and book appointments.

Duties of a Lead Generator

In this role you will be working to generate leads and booking appointments for the sales department to chase up and close. Reporting to the floor manager, you will be responsible for:

Answering customer questionsUndertaking market researchData entryBooking appointmentsMaking outbound B2B calls

Skills and Experience of a Lead Generator

As a Lead Generator, you need to have the following:

Experience of working in a call centre/sales environmentExperience of making outbound callsExperience of B2B salesStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and Access)

It would be beneficial to the Lead Generator role if you also had:

A confident telephone mannerStrong written and verbal skillsExcellent communication skillsThe ability to use own initiative and work towards targetsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office
