Key Responsibilities:

Lead and guide a small team of analysts, overseeing the development and implementation of analytics solutions.Conduct data analyses using SQL, Python/R (or demonstrate a willingness to acquire these skills).Proficient in Excel, with familiarity in AWS, Quicksight, Power BI, or Tableau for creating impactful data visualizations and reports.Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Finance, and Operations departments to align analytics initiatives with broader organizational objectives.Manage complex projects, ensuring deliverables are accomplished with excellence and on schedule.Thrive in ambiguous environments, providing clear and concise data-driven insights even in uncertain situations.Handle ad-hoc data analysis requests, such as evaluating the impact of labor turnover on performance and addressing other key business questions. Qualifications & Skills:
