In this role, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate an engaged, developed, empowered, and growing workforce. This will involve designing and maintaining impactful training materials, as well as delivering comprehensive training programs for all employees up to junior management level. The scope of training encompasses new-hire induction, client product and process knowledge, soft skills, management development, and technical proficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensure that training is not only learned but also effectively applied in an operational environment by overseeing groups of delegates. Maintain accurate training records and consistently enhance the delivery effectiveness based on valuable delegate feedback. Drive continuous improvement within the Learning & Development (L&D) function, recommending changes to ensure our training materials are of the highest quality. Contribute to the implementation and measurement of the L&D strategic plan. Work closely with the Operational Management team to identify training needs and determine learning programs that optimize the effectiveness and engagement of our people. Coordinate L&D activity within the account, liaising with stakeholders to ensure operational delivery is not disrupted, and training space is efficiently managed. Identify and implement strategic learning interventions that positively impact key performance indicators (KPIs). Effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with the training programs. Attend client update meetings as needed to provide updates on training performance, specific interventions, and future plans. Deliver additional duties as directed by Learning & Development Specialists and/or L&D Managers.
Requirements:
Proven track record of delivering effective training programs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Competence to work efficiently on your initiative as well as part of a wider team. Ability to work within tight timescales.
