Anderson Knight are looking for a Learning and Development Designer for one of our clients based in Glasgow. This is a full time, permanent position with the option of a hybrid working model. The purpose of this role is to provide the business with L&D materials for external clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborating with the L&D team to create engaging and informative training content, including course outlines, presentations, and interactive learning resources. Conduct thorough assessments to understand the clients learning needs and identify any gaps in the current training methods and systems. Providing consultancy and guidance to clients on the most effective learning methodologies and technologies then producing and implementing material for them. Tracking course completions, sending reminders and reporting quarterly. Maintaining relationships and engaging with the wider business as well as external stakeholders. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Experience, Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience working within a similar role is essential. Excellent knowledge of development L&D materials Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work as part of a team and independently Comfortable in stakeholder relationships Attention to detail Self-directed and motivated
