Job Overview:
My client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Learning and Development Coordinator to join their Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the design, development, and implementation of our organisation's learning and development programs. The Learning and Development Coordinator will collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful delivery of training initiatives that align with our strategic goals and enhance employee performance and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Coordination:
Coordinate and schedule training programs, workshops, and events. Work closely with subject matter experts to organize and facilitate training sessions. Manage logistics, including room bookings, materials preparation, and technology setup. Learning Material Development:
Assist in the development of training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules. Ensure that training content is engaging, relevant, and aligns with organizational objectives. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to source or develop learning resources. Employee Development Tracking:
Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities. Track training attendance, completion, and feedback. Generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives. Communication and Promotion:
Communicate training schedules, updates, and resources to employees. Promote learning opportunities through various channels, including intranet and company newsletters. Evaluation and Improvement:
Collect and analyze feedback from participants to assess the impact of training. Collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager to make recommendations for program improvements. Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in learning and development coordination or a related role. Strong organisational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in designing training materials is prefered. Familiarity with instructional design principles is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Personal Attributes:
