An exciting opportunity for a Layout Planner has arisen with our long-established manufacturing client based in Sittingbourne. Our client has been established for over fifty years and it operates in both UK and Europe. They have grown from strength to strength and due to business demands are now recruiting for a Layout Planner to join their busy team.

Hours: 37.5 Hours - Monday- Friday (flexitime)

N.B My client will only accept applications from candidates who can commute daily to the office in Sittingbourne.

The Role:

To attend client briefings, following client and retailer guidelines to ensure brand concepts are maintained To construct layout drawing packs To construct layout planning guidelines for each client You will liaise with clients regarding fixtures and merchandising Working with clients regarding specific requirements of new projects Any other duties as assigned to you by your line manager. Suitable Candidate:

The successful candidate will need previous Layout Planning experience or have completed a degree in design You will need to be computer literate with knowledge of Sketch Up, Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, and Solid Works Experience in building rapport and presenting ideas to clients Excellent communication skills Current driving license to travel to client's offices or external meetings The ability to attend meetings outside of normal office hours as required Full training will be given to the successful candidate If you have the necessary skills and would like more information about this role, please send your CV.
