We are a British family of 5, both working earning approx. 55-60k per year between us purely in wages.

We have been renting the same place for 2 years and landlord wishes to sell now, in that time we have updated the property & maintained to a good standard in exchange for money off the rent if this is something that appeals to you as most of our family are in different trades.

We are looking for a long term rental as its pretty unlikely we will be able to buy unless the government changes something.

Budget wise we can pay anything from 800-1300pcm, possibly more for the right property under the right circumstances.
