Building Maintenance Labourer / Site Cleaner,

We are looking to recruit an experience site Labourer who has experience of working within a site environment. There maybe a few specialist jobs on site and the company will offer full training.

This is a permanent Nights position - Working 40 hours Monday to Thursday. there will be an opportunity for overtime. You will always have All day Friday, Saturday, Sunday off unless you want to do additional overtime.

The company likes all there maintenance team to arrive at head office in Petersfield and pick up their evenings work schdedule and any parts and then travel upto the site they are working on that evening, they tend to start at around 5.30pm and arrive back in petersfield around 4.30am, the company also pays travel time between your home and the head office, this is generally about an extra hour a day.

The team currently has a team of M & E maintenance engineers, and we are looking to strengthen the team with handyman / Site Cleaner.

We are looking for a person that has experience of dealing with all aspects of daily labourering of all types of fabric day to day issues. We would consider some one with very basic skills that wants to grow and develop within the team.

As a site Labourer the work will mainly based around the the BAA airports and some of the major Trains stations.

The typical issues that you will be expected to look after can be anything from general painting and fabric issues around the site, and general maintenance of equipment around the site and then helping the electrical / Mechanical maintenance engineers when needed.

The role is a full time permanent position working within and around all the parts of the terminals including all the recently newly built building.

We are ideally looking for some one who has worked nights, You will be required to be able to obtain an Air side pass, so will need to do a level of background checks on you. If you are happy with this so we are able to get an airside pass on you.
