Reed scientific are working with an Aberdeen based company looking for a Laboratory Analyst to join their Microbiology team. Joining the highly motivated team in this global testing company offers great development and career opportunities around the globe.

Job role:- Working alongside the supervisor ensuring daily activities are performed to standards.- Mentor and train junior staff.- Perform equipment calibration and maintenance.- Prepare reports and act as report signatory as required.- Stock and consumables management for service line.- Act as a positive company representative with customers and clients.- Perform analytical trials including quality checks, reports and QC media testing.

Role requirements:- Scientific degree or higher national certificate or 3 years laboratory experience.- Proficient in MS office and data entry.- Positive attitude to work at all levels and ability to work to tight deadlines.- Strong communication skills crucial.- Full ETW.
