The Role

This is an excellent Lab Team Lead role, working for a company with a growing reputation in their field. The Lab Team Lead will use knowledge from a P401 qualification, prior commercial experience within a UKAS accredited lab environment and sound leadership skills to both mentor & supervise a small team of analysts, in supporting in the analyses of samples.

What's Required?

The Ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following:

P401 qualified

Commercial experience within a UKAS accredited lab and IT Literacy - with experience of using MS Word and Excel

Prior experience within a team lead / supervisory position would be advantageous, however a willingness to take a step-up is OK too!
