KTM EXC 450

2006 model with the RFS engine.

Had a full strip down and rebuild a couple years ago and has been sat in my garage since. Couldn’t of done more then 10 hours on the new piston.

Rebuild included;

High compression race piston

New cam chain

New titanium Akrapovic end can (RRP £450+)

Powder coated frame, sub frame, swing arm and bash plate in gloss black

New headstock and swingarm bearings

Much more stuff that I can’t recall off the top of my head.

Being completely honest it would benefit from a tune to suit the new endcan and high compression piston. Although it rides fine without but can be abit snappy when cold. Could do with a freshen up cosmetically but it never bothered me being a dirt bike.

Spent £1000s on this bike and I’m reluctantly selling but I don’t ride it enough and id rather a more everyday bike.
