My story

　　Meet King Cyrus, a 2-year-old male Pit Bull mix.King was brought to the adoption center with 3 other pits after being abandoned in a train in very bad condition.

　　These dogs have suffered on their own but thankfully kept their affectionate personalities. King is the last of this group to remain at the adoption center.

　　He would love a home that can give him some more TLC but is also welcoming to his outgoing and energetic personality.This pet is available for adoption on 1/22/24 at the Yakima Humane Society adoption center.

Adopters are welcome to visit the adoption center Monday-Saturday. A Picture says 1000 words...right? While an animal's picture draws interest, the reality is that as a potential adopter most people would like as much information as possible about a pet. The Yakima Humane Society is an open admission shelter. What does this mean? Over 90% of the pets at the adoption center arrive as strays, no history of behavior or medical care is known.
