I'm seeking a Lead Guitarist & bassist that wants to join a new buzzing live Hip Hop, Afro-Beat, Nu-Soul, Acid Jazz, Funk -House Dance Collective Act. (Basically, great Melodic Music, that uses all vibes to create stunning music).

Started a few months ago, was instantly offered a paid monthly residency and plan to expand this further.

We play a mixture of new composed original numbers and really random classic Hip-Hop / dance floor fillers that you wouldn’t of heard live before, that drives the audiences into a frenzy .

Consequently, the direction is (two fold) , maintain an ability to get paid gigs, by keeping Bar Management and Booking Agents Happy, while also mix in and play originals that stand up, just as strong and gets us repeat bookings.

Ambition, Is modest, simply to aim for radio play on station like Jazz FM and BBC Radio6 music and see what doors open up.

Amazing Soul Female supporting Vocalist, Up and coming MC / Rapper, played Glastonbury this year.

We love all music and artists, but really want to focus on having contagious anthem harmonies, and Vocals like classic acts, like ‘Arrested Development, Sly & Family Stone, Black Eye Peas, Run DMC, Wu-Tang Clan, The Gorillaz’s, Prince, The Root’s Marley, Daft Punk (Positive vibes). While channelling Hip Hop Lo-fi-Jazz that can be mainstream, but also inspired into ‘Snarky Puppy’ type realms at times.
