Position: Key Client Manager
Location: Home based with London based meetings
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Key Client Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
Be an experienced property management professional to include complex major works and carried out the Section 20 consultation process.Have extensive experience establishing, building, and developing client relations.Confident and experienced in setting and delivering service level KPI's.Be able to work in close collaboration with property managers and accounts teams to deliver performance related KPI's.Be confident to manage complex, multi schedule budgets and overall expenditure for developments, producing forecasts and reports.you'll be a true expert in customer service, and use this to lead, engage and inspire others to strive for continuous improvement.Be able to interpret policies, procedures, and relevant leasehold legislation.Obtain or be willing to achieve IRPM associate/membership (fully funded).
