The Company:

Our client is a well-established manufacturing and engineering company.

Main duties:

To support, manage and develop new and existing clients in order to implement sales growth in a defined territory (Germany) as well as maintain existing portfolio and client relationship.

The Role:

- Build, develop and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing clients (Distributors)

- Set up and implement actions to develop new accounts and increase market share in existing accounts

- Manage and provide training to network of distributors

- Own and manage regional accounts and plan relevant business plans and strategies

- Maximise sales opportunities and profit

- Support clients with a strong and personalised distribution and promotional plans

- Develop a long term strategy and relationship with key accounts

- Implement regular travel visiting clients as well as prospecting

- Prepare reports such as: sales forecast, monthly reports, visits reports etc

- Manage and process invoices or rebates when required

The Candidate:

- Fluent in German to mother tongue standard (written & spoken)

- Exposure / Knowledge of the Retail sector is desirable

- Able to regularly visit the UK Head Office in the South West of England

- Proven track record and experience in export B2B sales is essential

- Confident communicator at all levels

- Strong commercial acumen with an enthusiastic attitude

- Flexible as extensive travelling will be required

- Clean Driving licence & Passport holder

Salary: around GBP40,000 pa basic + commission structure + Bonus + Benefits (OTE Y1 GBP65,000 pa minimum)
