Key Account Manager - Construction
THE CLIENT
A household name within commercial construction systems. This is a global bluechip brand and a market-leader, supplying best-in-class products to professionals across the entire customer spectrum from specification, contractors and distribution.
THE ROLE
Focussing on marquee projects at specification and build, you'll manage an established network of architects and contractors as well as local authority customers and house-builders. This is very much a project-based role with a bias towards commercial and mixed-use developments. You'll track and influence a pipeline of projects in your area from inception to completion, providing valuable technical and commercial support throughout.
THE CANDIDATE
Sales experience within the construction industry is essential in order to be considered for this role.
THE REWARDS
Basic salary of up to GBP50,000 along with an attractive bonus package worth a further GBP12,000, fully-expensed company car with tax efficient options for hybrid or electric vehicles, expenses, credit card, private health care, share scheme and a number of other incentives.
