Duties will include:
Oversee the management of major client accounts and complex projects, guiding them from initial order placement to successful completion. Act as the primary point of contact for customer and supplier interactions. Generate comprehensive quotations, engaging in price negotiations in collaboration with external sales associates. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to identify areas for enhancement and facilitate their implementation. Cultivate and nurture strong customer relationships while consistently delivering exceptional service. Monitor and supervise project progress, ensuring adherence to planned schedules and milestones. Operate material planning tools to plan and organize customer orders.
