This is a full time, permanent role - Office based.
The role:
Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.Preparing and typing legal documents, ensuring accuracy.Organize and maintain legal files, both electronic and physical, in a systematic and accessible manner.Coordinate communication between clients and legal professionals.Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing information or directing them to the appropriate parties.
