This Junior Recruitment Consultant is suitable for applicants from 3 backgrounds

A Sales Executive or Account Manager with a minimum of 18 months experience in telephone sales looking for a change in sector.An enthusiastic graduate (or similar) looking for their first sales roleA Trainee Recruitment Consultant currently doing the 180 process, looking to move into a full blown recruitment consultant.

The Junior Recruitment Consultant role will be mainly office based initially to help with training and development and will work to an uncapped commission scheme paying out at 30% as a minimum.
