Based out of lovely offices in central Tunbridge Wells, we are a small and friendly team of very successful recruiters.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to add a junior consultant to our team in Quarter 1 2024.
The role
In this role, you will work closely with a Director to resource legal talent. You will learn or hone your skills for resourcing across a number of online platforms. You will develop a thorough understanding of the legal industry, and you will be taught how to consult with candidates and clients to secure placements.
Over time, you will be provided with all of the skills and experience required to become a highly successful, specialist legal recruitment consultant.

Exceptional recruiters come from a variety of backgrounds. We don't expect our people to have previous experience in recruitment. What you will need, however, are some core skills
Strong determination to succeed. Good communication skills, the ability to talk to people Quick learner, being able to retain information and adapt Work ethic. Excellent recruiters tend to keep odd hours because the industry we work in does too. Resilience and focus. The work can be repetitive and you will be hear "no thanks" a lot. Willingness to work in the office 5 days per week (this is not a hybrid opportunity). What's on offer

We like to be transparent from the beginning. We offer an exciting commission structure that enables our team to do well as reward for hard work. The starting basic salary for this role is 23k per annum. However, we expect even our junior consutlants to start earning commission quickly. If you do well, your first year earnings should be between 30k- 40k+. Good recruiters in years 2-5 should be looking to take home 60k- 100k per annum.
