An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Junior Property Manager in the Farnborough or Fleet office.
As a Property Manager you will be:
Managing all property inspections for managed portfolio which covers around 200.
Following check in, ensure that all compliance is adhered to along with utility switch for gas, electric, water and council tax.
Following check out, arrange quotes for dilapidations from the report and liaising with Landlord and tenant to ensure agreement is reached before releasing deposit with the TDS.
Managing all safety certificates to ensure that these are all on Reapit and up to date for Gas, Electric, EPC, Smoke and CO alarms.
Covering Property Management for holidays/sickness etc.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar property management role would be a bonus but not essential.
Strong administration and organisational skills are a must with a good knowledge of Microsoft systems and IT skills.
You will need to be able to prioritise your workload and be adaptable to
unforeseen changes and demands of the day as well as being professional with your peers and clients at all times.
As property inspections form part of your role you will need to have a valid driving license and own your own car to conduct appointments.
You will be working a 5 day week Monday to Friday.
Good IT literacy, familiar with Outlook, Word and Excel.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Problem solving abilities with a good and appropriate use of initiative.
To maintain an enthusiastic and high energy approach to work.
