Our client, Ideal are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept individual to join their team as a Junior Service Centre Engineer. This role is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to kick-start their career in the dynamic field of IT managed services. This position will be based from their office in central Brighton and offers fantastic opportunities to develop your career and learn new skills. Ideal offer a comprehensive 8-week training plan to get candidates up to speed for the role so you do not necessarily need to have experience, just enthusiasm!

About the role...
You will be working within their 24/7 Service Centre, investigating and helping to resolve issues on customers' networks and IT estates. This will include:
Managing incidents, investigating alerts, and carrying out change requestsSupporting ad-hoc projects to develop the capabilities of the Service CentreManaging support cases to enable fast resolution for our customersEnsuring all cases are recorded accurately and closed within agreed timeframesSharing knowledge across the team to ensure and enable best practices

This role is based on a rotating shift pattern including regular night-time and weekend work; 3x 12-hour shifts (7 to 7), 3x days off, subject to change as the team grows.
