Junior Formulation Chemist - Cosmetics - South West

We are seeking a Junior Formulation Chemist to join our innovative cosmetics R&D team. As a Junior Formulation Chemist, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues to develop products from set briefs and identify scale up opportunities. Based at a European centre of excellence, the company is seeped in history and the ideal place to be for a Junior Formulation Chemist to further develop their skill.

Responsibilities

Evaluate formulations using analysis and using this data to scale up production.Work cross-divisionally with the research team to collaborate on new products to bring to market.Utilise a keen eye to ensure precise and accomplished records of testing, lab procedures and developments.Remain committed to safety processes while in the laboratory.Ensure general GLP and maintenance is adhered to resulting in a safe and clean working environment. Experience in the industry or equivalent degree.Ability to logically approach any issues that need to be addressed.Keen interest in science and cosmetic products and industry.Desire for continuous improvement and ongoing development.A practical and hands-on approach to work to gain achievement.
