Monday to Friday Office based.

My client, a forward-thinking company based in Medway are looking to recruit a Junior Designer to join their growing company. This role would suit a graduate or a candidate who has an interest in design. A successful junior designer should be able to create accurate designs, be open to learning more and create impressive designs that promote the sales process.

Duties include:

Creating designs and quotation according to initial customer specifications Study briefs and determine requirements Produce initial and final design solutions with minimal improvements needed Pitch creative ideas Answering inbound calls and handle them as needed Supporting the team throughout execution of campaigns and projects Updating databases.

The successful candidate must have/be:

Experience with design software (Desirable) Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts) Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude Good organisational skills that support the rest of the team Design Techniques
