My client is an exciting fashion tech business who are looking to grow their Client Success team. Main duties of the role include:
Providing support to existing clients via email and phone Providing online training directly to clients Managing new client onboarding Identifying and communicating system issues to the Product team Influencing and supporting the development of the business Experience of Zedonk is desirable. The role is based in a lovely co-working space in East London, with hybrid working 2 days per week.
