Job Purpose: Execute the responsibilities of a Principal Designer or assist the Client/Principal Designer in fulfilling their roles as specified in the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 on behalf of Eurosafe UK Clients.
Responsibilities:
Initially shadow experienced consultants for a period of 3 to 6 months.Collaborate with Clients, Designers, and Contractors as required by the project.Attend design reviews and design team meetings in accordance with project demands.Provide guidance to Clients, Designers, and Contractors on their duties under the regulations.Attend pre-start and progress meetings as stipulated by the project.May be required to perform additional duties based on job status and level of responsibility to meet business needs.Person Specification:
Essential:
NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent health & safety qualification and experience.Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 and associated approved code of practice.Work towards achieving Registered CDMC membership of the Association for Project Safety (RMaPS).Possess excellent organizational and communication skills.Demonstrate the ability to work independently.Exhibit the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.Possess a good level of IT skills.Desirable:
