About You – The Junior Account Manager Extraordinaire:
This company needs someone ambitious and energetic to help expand their sales and continue the brand's expansion in the UK market. As a Junior Account Manager, your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to support 2 of the companies top performing Key Account Managers, take away some of their day to day account management responsibilities so that they can focus on what they do best and in time position my client's fabulous audio security solutions within carefully selected accounts, ranging from system integrators to distributors and end users.
Ideally my client is looking for someone who already comes from within the ElectronicFire and Security sector (CCTV, Access Control, Intercoms, Door Entry, Intruder Alarms etc), perhaps in an internal sales /sales support / sales consultant type role who is looking for that next step.
What You'll Be Up To:
You'll be building and maintaining strong, long–lasting client relationships, negotiating contracts to maximise profits, and becoming a trusted advisor for your accounts. Developing new business within existing accounts, you'll identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas and convert customer inquiries into solutions and proposals.
Your daily routine will include liaising with cross–functional internal teams to maintain an excellent customer experience, meeting, and exceeding sales targets, and providing proactive customer contact via various channels. Oh, and occasional face–to–face meetings too!
The Junior Account Manager Superpower:
Your ability to establish credibility with customer technical managers, commercial directors, or even C–level executives will be your superpower. You'll build technical understanding of my client's offerings and solutions and grasp group–wide solutions like CCTV, Access Control, Intercoms, Building Management, and Intruder technologies. You'll even host demonstrations and presentations in the company's fabulous experience centre.
