About the Role

We are seeking a full time Warehouse Operative to work within the Distribution Centre. The team is dynamic, energetic and hardworking, which is vital within the fast-paced environment we work in. Through the supportive nature of the team we pride ourselves on encouraging and sharing best practices to enable each other to do the best job possible. About the Accountabilities

Accurate picking and packing goods in preparation for distribution to customersSafe loading and unloading of vehiclesChecking delivered items against paperwork to ensure correct goods have been deliveredBooking in items whilst ensuring KPI's are metLocating items safely in the Distribution Centre in the given locationRework activitiesMaintenance of a clean and tidy work placeEnsure best practice in place to ensure staff safety comes firstEnsure outside areas (loading/unloading/skips) are clean and tidy at all timesEnsure housekeeping standards are in place and maintained About You

Able to demonstrate relevant experience in similar environmentForklift licence would be an advantage however not essentialCandidates who are flexible in regards to shift patternAnalytical thought process and logical approach to problem solving
