Advancing People are looking for a Fluent Italian & English speaking person to join their client in Milton Keynes. You will also ideally be able to speak an additional language. This role is Hybrid and you will only be required to attend the office three times a week! You will need to be fluent verbally and written in all languages.
Job Summary
Respond and resolve routine to moderately complex member requests regarding account openings, product orders and general customer service inquiries. Executes transactions promptly and accurately responds to members' requests and inquiries.
Basic fulfilment and account maintenance including order–entry, account opening, returns, and commissions.
Understands and educates members on company policies and procedures, as well as products and services.
Provides information and support for marketing promotions.
Recognises service or product referral opportunities to educate the members; supporting the building of the business.
Resolves first level escalated issues or concerns from members by troubleshooting questions and providing education and guidance to CSRs staff.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00 – 4.00 (with a 1 hour lunch break and two 15 minute breaks)
Salary GBP23,500 + product allowance
