Join a growing cyber security and IT support company as an IT Support / Helpdesk Engineer.
THE JOB:
- Provide detailed customer support through telephone, email, and remote control, addressing issues related to our services and products.
- Conduct occasional on-site work, offering hands-on technical assistance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Configure, install, and maintain desktops, servers, networking hardware, and associated software.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects and provide cross-functional support.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years of technical support experience, preferably in a helpdesk environment within an MSP setting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Desktops & Servers, Networking, Office 365, and Azure.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrating openness, friendliness, and flexibility.
- Confidence in managing multiple tasks.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Full driving license and personal transport.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £25,000 - £35,000, dependent on experience.
