The IT Risk & Security Manager will be part of a dynamic cross-functional team.
Their primary role would focus on ensuring cyber/security is maintained and enhanced, monthly reporting packs, due diligence, maintaining policy documents and liaising with the Pepper Risk teams to ensure IT security-related risks are identified and addressed.
About the RoleEnsure security governance by developing and maintaining appropriate policies, standards, and procedures for the business.Support network security processes, including cloud management, web filtering, email security, and network access controls.Designate, prioritise, and categorise critical information assets, defining security requirements for each and identifying business owners.Review, propose, and implement new technologies for the cyber security risk reduction program.Support external audits and manage the IT/InfoSec-related elements of the ongoing internal and external aspects of the ongoing audits requirement for Pepper Advantage UK.Manage vulnerabilities, tracking and implementing configuration and patching requirements, and support incident investigations with security operations and the business.This role would suit candidates with experience as an IT Risk Manager, IT Security Manager, Information Security Manager, Network Security Manager or in a similar role.
