Investor Relations Analyst / Project ManagerJoin a vibrant, straight-talking growth private-equity firm focused on some of the most exciting consumer and B2B tech in Europe.As the firm build up to a fourth fund launch, this role will be crucial in cementing strong data systems and providing seamless administrative support to the firms' two Investor Relations Executives. You will enjoy a mixture of IR Operations and organisational content as this function will also include roadshow support (calendar & international travel management) in addition to autonomous IR project work.You will come from a background in supporting a busy Investor Relations team, ideally within VC / PE and be ready to hit the ground runningDaily responsibilities will include but won't be limited to: Customisation, maintenance and upkeep of investor records and all interactions in the CRM (to include management of the IR inbox). If you love working with clean, streamlined data and pride yourself on your ability to manage information, this role will suit well!Generating reports to track fund pipeline/progress, updating the fund dataroomSupport with all aspects of investor events and outreach to include venue selection, booking of international travel for roadshows, meeting coordination, agenda and materials prep, printing and binding and investor research using Prequin and similar.Working with 3rd party providers including fund administrators and placement agents, actioning tasks as appropriate We are seeking: Minimum of five years experience supporting busy Executives in a fast-paced, investment sector setting (at least two years of which must be with an investor relations / capital development function)Exposure to collating Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs)Willingness to be involved from an organisational and administrative perspective: document production, diary and event management, travel planning and hosting investors (approx 25% of the role)Experience with at least one of the following packages is essential: SalesForce, Dealcloud, Sales Logix, AffinityAn entrepreneurial, curious spirit with a high appetite for learning and excelling in a high performance culture.
