PDM Properties can provide you with a detailed photographic inventory report when checking a tenant in or out of a property to ensure there is a photographic log of the property and its contents current condition. Anything damaged, missing or repairs that are required can be highlighted to allow fair recovery of the relevant costs.

We can also view a prospective property on your behalf and provide a general condition report with photographs of any visible defects not shown on the selling agents photos.

Prices are based on properties in Glasgow and surrounding areas. Additional costs may be required for some locations.
